Build products that people will use. Start by understanding users and their needs, always come back to them. Get to know the background team, vision and motivation, why are we doing this in the first place, what is the real goal.
02
Prototype, test and build iteratively
Get the product into users' hands quickly. Shadow them and understand their experience. Build on their feedback and iterate.
03
Find the real value
Find the 20% of the product that creates 80% of the value, obsess over that, build minimally around it.
04
Maintain a (flexible) vision
Always remember why you're building and what the goal is. Allow the vision to evolve, but say no to things that don't fit.

Explorer & Public Profiles
Problem
Landscape sustainability data lived across siloed reports — partners and donors couldn't easily explore or share it.
What I did
Designed an interactive data exploration tool for landscape analysis
Shipped public, transparent landscape profiles for stakeholders
Coordinated engineering, design, and sustainability science teams
Outcome
Public Explorer launched and adopted by partner orgs
Profiles now used as the primary landscape-comms artefact
